Kirsten Tremlett is an old and trusted friend of AlkaWay. She runs very few retreats because she’s a very busy girl.
Kirsten moved to Sydney from her home country of New Zealand in 1995 to pursue her interest in natural medicine and massage. She completed diplomas in remedial massage, sports therapies, and remedial therapies.
Kirsten then completed a Diploma of Herbal Medicine with Dorothy Hall, a Postgraduate Diploma of Bio-Energetic Medicine, and an apprenticeship in VEGA Test Diagnosis. Over the next 10 years, she ran two successful clinics on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
In 2008, Kirsten was finally lured by the magic and beauty of northern NSW, where she now lives and continues her work helping and healing others.
She specialises in allergy testing, weight loss, detoxification, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, and skin disorders, and teaches hatha and vinyassa yoga.
Kirsten is also the director of Byron Wellbeing Retreats, which she founded in 2012. These weekend health retreats enable her to teach principles of health while incorporating her passions for yoga, meditation, massage, naturopathy, vegetarian cooking, raw food, and surfing.
(Of course, she loves her UltraStream water.)
